USA Africa Dialogue Series - A well-wishers view of religious violence in Nigeria

Great Nation,

This root thought :

As to the general agreement about essentials
chief of which is the national anthem that there shall be only one
Nigeria
Northern considerations, homogeneous or not
fundamentally tolerate Islam
or not

it has been generally observed that the North has no choice but to
submit
to due democratic process and that the North's option is based on
Realpolitik

in theory it may well be a case of things fall apart
the centre cannot hold
but
whether we like it or we like it not, "the North" can't and won't let
go

for both Northern Muslim and infidel it's Realpolitik :

the North can't let go because
the oil is in the South.

This is widely known and more reason for us all to work towards ,
balance : One Strong Nigeria
