I agree with Ikhide's opinion
here. Every nation is entitled not only to her own share of fools and morons but also some who are just a bit better endowed enough to fool us that they are of average intellectual capacity.
. Nigerians are only unique in this respect because we frequently chose to elevate to high positions some of our own marginally intellectually equipped citizens and occasionally some who are mentally challenged.
How can any reasonable human
being consider the matter of Obama
bowing his head while greeting King Farouk of Saudi Arabia in 2008 an important electoral issue in the 2012 presidential elections?
How does a man who nurses a belief that Obama might possess some supernatural powers that he is able to invoke some natural disasters to sway elections in his favor become a minister in any sane country in this world?
Is this the best quality of candidates we can produce to run the highest
offices in Nigeria?
No wonder why our planes fall off the skies like flying coffins when we put individuals with this kind of superstitious beliefs in charge of a Ministry such as Aviation.
Africans are cursed largely because we allow some individuals whose intellectual capacity is insufficient to clean toilets in charge of ministries that require complex technical and financial decision making abilities.
What do we get for this kind of favoritism and nepotism that would put individuals like Fani-Kayode in positions of power over our affairs.
They do not perform well in office and end up being dismissed under clouds
of suspicion over stolen funds.
And without any shame they still come out boasting about being two term ministers or advisers in positions in which they failed to perform as required of them.
Yes Mr Fani Kayode Obama will win on Tuesday and his victory will not be because of some Juju or ekurube he obtained from his Luo ancestors in Kenya but because he has delivered in four years for American citizens what some previous US presidents were unable to deliver in 8 years!
Lord have mercy upon us in Nigeria!
Bye

--"Why is it that each time Barak Obama is about to submit himself for a Presidential election and seek a mandate from his people there is a raging, monuemental, earth-shattering and record-breaking freak of a storm which kills numerous people in America? It happened a few days before his Presidential election in 2008 and it is has just happened again a few days before his Presidential election in 2012. Again why is it that on the first day of the convention of the opposition Republican party, both in 2008 and again this year, yet another violent and dangerous killer storm hit the towns in which the two conventions were held causing them both to be partially disrupted? What is Obama's relationship with the elemental forces? What is his relationship with God or some lesser deity? What is his source of power and what is his spiritual foundation? There is no doubt that he is a powerful orator and that he delivers brilliant speeches that mesmerises his audience. Yet so did Adolf Hitler and we all know what he was."- Femi Fani-KayodeAnd there you have it. This character was actually at the helm of affairs in Nigeria. I mean, read the rest of his crap and stop wondering why Nigeria is where Nigeria is today.
