How love letters made Nigeria's Victor Ehikhamenor
Excuse Me! is the title of a new book being launched this week in Lagos by Nigerian author and artist Victor Ehikhamenor.
It is a collection of humorous essays and observations about life in Nigeria, past and present.
The writings are arranged into groups under sub-chapters with titles like The Scent of Pubescence and Viva Nigeriana!
In one of the essays, Love Letters, he laments the demise love-letter writing.
He told the BBC Africa's Kassim Kayira about his book, beginning with an excerpt from Love Letters.
