us - as if we are all retards, - that his people were not poor and
that it would be up to them to extend the period of his presidency

Mo Ibrahim had better start a hall of shame  that could serve as a
deterrent: collect the evidence, hand it over to INTERPOL and dispatch
them to the Hague to be tried  for crimes against humanity
