USA Africa Dialogue Series - Re: Embassy vs. Ugwuonye: Defendant's Motion for Extension Granted till December 8 by Judge BJR - with a Stern Notice

Dear All:

I do not know how in four days, Ugwuonye can produce what he has not been able to produce - discovery responses - since March 2009.  Add to those "opposition to Plaintiff's bill of costs, amended counterclaim, and retention of counsel for ECU Associates, P.C.".

But we shall see....magic does happen.

In light of the supporting documentation supplied by Defendant Ugwuonye,  the timeliness of his request, and  the brevity of his requested extension of time,  Defendant's [105] Motion for Further Extension of Time is hereby GRANTED. 

The deadlines for Ugwuonye's discovery responses, opposition to Plaintiff's bill of costs, amended counterclaim, and retention of counsel for ECU Associates, P.C., are hereby extended to December 8, 2012. 

Defendant should note, however, that no further extensions will be granted.
