In the past few days, Channels Television has been showing the level of decay in the 73 years old Police Academy Ikeja, Lagos state Nigeria. As shown in the video above, the sights from the academy is appalling if one wishes to be charitable in choice of words to describe the rot in the academy which has affected basic infrastructure and provision of instructional material. "The sorry state of the academy is suggestive of the systemic decay in governance over time since the colonial masters left our shores", said Danjuma Musa
