I cannot help but agree with what Professor Professor Gloria Emeagwali
so perfectly says here:
"Some of these 'disciplined' Tuareg have raped women and engaged in
all types of degrading
acts of indiscipline, including drug dealing. Some of them are
downright racist. Some are
part of the fundamentalist Islamists, AQMI. Others are dominant in
AZAWAD. There is also a third group of drug dealers and brigands.
There are factions that are innocent of the above tendencies.
Prof. Bangura's attempt to 'canonize' all Tuareg is definitely
questionable. I wonder if
this is all due to his fascination with Gadaffi who some believe was a
Tuareg? "
Happening in France:

Heaven forbid that I should be ironic.
There's the unity of time, place and action.
If it's absolute consistency that you're seeking in Mwalimu Bangura,
I'm afraid that you're going to be disappointed: he has his own
principles, just as others may have theirs. but his can change at a
moment's convenience. There could be a unity of time and place but
when it comes to action (more talk, action of the mouth),the only
consistence I've traced in him so far is that he is anti-Brother
Obama - who is of course greater than him, even if he would like to
also dispute such a fact, based some of his recently acquired
mathematical understandings.
This was published exactly eight months before Gaddafi departed for
the Hereafter:
http://swampland.time.com/2011/02/22/gaddafis-blood-soaked-hands/
Mwalimu Bangura's canonization of Mwalimu Osagyefo Gaddafi and his
Human Rights record is not surprising.
For many, Gaddafi was the goose that laid the golden eggs for the AU
and for that he was much loved and is still being mourned.
The inconsistency that is most disturbing is that Osagyefo Bangura
consistently berated the Benghazi-based resistance to Gaddafi , as
racist and went on ranting that they were killing his Black African
Brothers and in this he was consistent :

More of his rants about "ethnic cleansing":
http://groups.google.com/groups/search?scoring=d&filter=0&enc_author=gE_P2BMAAAAJ62S_T80i5RA4VXyc47pQh-kUg4S0n7nbF1Te82ZIng&as_drrb=b&as_mind=1&as_minm=8&as_miny=2011&as_maxd=31&as_maxm=8&as_maxy=2011
Mass graves :
http://groups.google.com/groups/search?scoring=d&filter=0&enc_author=gE_P2BMAAAAJ62S_T80i5RA4VXyc47pQh-kUg4S0n7nbF1Te82ZIng&as_drrb=b&as_mind=1&as_minm=9&as_miny=2011&as_maxd=30&as_maxm=9&as_maxy=2011
About "AfriKan Libyans": etc
http://groups.google.com/groups/search?scoring=d&filter=0&enc_author=gE_P2BMAAAAJ62S_T80i5RA4VXyc47pQh-kUg4S0n7nbF1Te82ZIng&as_drrb=b&as_mind=1&as_minm=10&as_miny=2011&as_maxd=31&as_maxm=10&as_maxy=2011
As you have observed a major inconsistency is that when Tuareg are
found guilty of having terminated the lives of their darker skinned
brothers, sisters and mothers in Mali, he has not raised the banner of
racism – in fact he exonerates them : "The Tuareg are a very
disciplined bunch of Muslims. They do not engage in foolishness."
Thus foolishness can acquire new meanings consistent with the new
principles of Mwalimu Osagyefo Bangura.
Me too, when I love somebody, I always love that person.
