OLUSEGUN OBASANJO: "NIGERIA LACKS GOOD LEADERS": ( oladmeji aborisade).
Our former Military Leader of Nigeria,1976--1979 and two term President of Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999--2007 said on Sunday Punch, March 3, 2013 that " Nigeria lacks good leaders". I congratulate you for your statement. But you failed to identify yourself with the problem. It is evident that President Olusegun Obasanjo took lead in promoting Leadership in Africa. He did this as a Chanpion of " Africa Leadership Forum", and as an individual who agreed to take on Nelson Mandela's role as elder stateman in Africa, I think he should regret for the kind of leadership he left behind after his second term as President of Nigeria. He left the llegacy of very poor political recruitment into the elective/ appointed positions. His own Party, the PDP is mered with anti party activities which breed hatred, corruption, incnsistency, do or die mentality. If you have good intention for saying that " Nigeria lacks good leaders", please in future, add that you are party to the problem.
Thank you,
oladimeji aborisade.
