Public officials are unlikely to throw resources on a disorganized population. It is about the support that the community show for a cause, not individual organizations, that influence the allocation of resources - just it is done for the Hispanics, Jews, Asian communities. Good News! Leadership is emerging and with the best to reckoned with. For example, Dr. Samuel Dongmo, aka Docta Musica, Chairman Lenan Menoua, President Diaspora Solutions is an asset and talent on Workforce Diversity and Professionals trained in Africa (Welcome Back Center). Dr. Caroline Joe Eyombo will help in the survey of African physicians who were educated in non-US schools. The Maryland state is bringing its best with Mrs Mora Sonia, the State Director. However, there is no focus or accountability, or directed resources for Continental Business Owners while other minority businesses such as Latino, Asian and African American business developments are prioritized. For example, it is possible to account for how many new businesses were created, how many received financial and technical assistance, and contracts. But these populations have viable business associations that advocate for resources. It is therefore critical for Continental African entrepreneurs to develop a viable association to address business development in order for governments to reliably prioritize resources.
