If Emeka does not pay up now, then in 24 years, he will be owing the People of Nigeria N1 billion, at which time he will be aged about 70 years old.
When the English language talks of a "tall order", this is an example of it.
I once warned the tortoise of this senseless journey, but he wrote in court papers that I called him an animal. When, as the Yoruba say, you use a "small matter" to cause yourself a "big headache", it is time to re-consider your ways, and ignore inconsequential hailers and miscellaneous inattentive lawyers.
And there you have it.

Emeka has practically transplanted himself to Nigeria. Whatever judgement the Embassy get in America can easily be executed on him in Nigeria. In actual fact, it will be easier to throw him into a jail in Nigeria than in the USA for not complying with the judgement. Emeka will be of no use to any body in jail. All we (people of Nigeria) are concerned about is our money ($1.5million, interest and attorney fees) and not his imprisonment. That was why I suggested that you guys should start making donations. Putting him in jail will be housing him, feeding him and clothing him at our expense. That will not be fair to us (people of Nigeria). Since you are the only one that remain standing behind Emeka, I suggest you go into the archives of these fora and "fish out" those that joined you in pushing Emeka to this stage. They must all donate.

Afis:I generally travel to Nigeria every year with the kids to chill. But lately, I have not been doing that. Why? The last time I visited I was told I needed police escort. I refused police escort the first day, but demanded it from the second day.Oh. My niece lives in Virginia. And we have been there to see her. No big deal. Every year I stop in Myrtle Beach, SC to watch folks play some golf while I chill. I have also been to Tallahassee and Pittsburg this year and we are headed to New Orleans soon.No shaking anywhere. No one is going to jail. And no one is paying anything. Think deep. Deeper. And I amEzeana AchusimOdi-IsaaNwa Dim OriohaSent from my iPhone
