Do you expect Obama to favour African-Americans more than other race? It should be noted that Obama is not the President of United States of African-America.As a leader, he's expected to formulate policies that will favour all race(blacks, Hispanics, Caucasians, Asians). I think your argument is biased and very shallow. Your suggested ideology(affirmative action) is deeply in African politics, which has launched us back to stone age(FAILED states).

Since UN refused to take collective stances against ongoing civil war. Then, you should blame UN not Obama. Because of US and allies' unilateral actions, we're battling pockets of violence in Iraq, Libya & Egypt. It's high time we resolve our differences through diplomatic approach.

The day Barack Obama stood on that podium in 2009 accepting the 44th Presidential nomination of the United States of America, how many Africans within the international community that day would have thought that George. W. Bush would have achieved more for Africa rather than Africa's own son?Barack Obama, the embodiment of everything liberal within the United States has only managed to produce a lukewarm variation of a moderate conservative President at best.
