Please spend some time listening to this interview of NANS President, Yinka Gbadebo, holding forth on the ASUU crisis. You will weep for Nigeria. It is like listening to a motor tout, this man is really a student. What has happened to us? Nigeria needs to stop the presses AND do something about our educational system. I am not just talking at the university level, I am talking, pre-kindergarten. This is unacceptable.

In my time, we had the great Olori Magege. 1976/77 era. When VC Yesufu rusticated him, we hired the one and only Gani Fawehinmi and we won in court. Whenever Olori Magege spoke, goosebumps chased your body cells all over. He is now a PDP thug er chieftain in the delta. Na today? Hiss.
