Nothing can be more truthful, Toyin do you live in Nigeria? If you do, please which part of Ndibe submission was exaggerated. Is the fact that basic infrastructures are almost totally lacking? I think it is untrue and unfair.
This is more of exaggeration and uncritical condemnation than genuine criticism.
