Dear Delegates,

 

Please, when you arrive at King Shaka International Airport, take a shuttle from the airport to your hotel - Tropicana or Blue Waters. All shuttle from the airport go to hotels around Durban. It is easy and convenient. The cost is around R100 or less that $10. But you will have to change your dollars into South African Rands at the airport. 

 

I attempted to hire a bus to transport delegates from the Airport to the hotel(s). The problem though is that delegates will arrive at different dates and different times. The bus cannot take only two or three people to the hotel. It has to wait until it is full.  Surely, this will cause great inconveniences to delegates. At the same time we cannot hire cabs for individual delegates. It costly. So the most reasonable and convenient way to get to the hotels is to get the airport shuttles. They are very cheap and convenient for everybody.

 

I will send out the program in a day or two also. We need to send it for printing. We delayed in releasing it because some people are still registering. We are trying all our best to accommodate everyone.
