Adepoju's certainty is poignant in the light of Dr. Ogugua Anunoby's routine but sometimes demanding criteria by which ordinary mortals who are not active within the Nigerian Security Service system can arrive at verifiable certainty  - public  - not private - something as public as a public assassination attempt and the possibility of many true or false witnesses present.to verify or deny what they saw or didn't see happening right before their eyes, as the cars flashed by

in my view, 

reliable witnesses and even dreamers should be subject to lie detector tests.
