The reality of Militant Islamic Terrorism as a world-wide phenomenon is upon us all.
On first hearing about the King Of Saudi Arabia's warning that the Islamic State militants now intend to perform major deeds of death and destruction in the West - I thought :With Boko Haram as an affiliate of IS - and with Boko Haram having recruits like Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab as part of their lethal arsenal, people in the diaspora have to be ever on the alert, not only for people who look like terrorists from the Islamic State, but even for people who look like Michael Adebolajo and Michael Adebowale and that in Europe we should not be lulled into thinking that Boko Haram is only capable of local terror operations up there in Borno or in Nigeria's federal capital, Abuja, since ultimately they aim at a worldwide caliphate and they want to bring attention to their cause using terror as blackmail...
