dear all
at what point do we get really really worried about the capacity of boko
haram to defeat the nigerian federal army? the ny times reports
possible attacks on maiduguri are on the horizon. if that large city
were to go, what would be next? images of the army fleeing into cameroon
were like those of the iraqi army fleeing isis.
