USA Africa Dialogue Series - Materials on ICTs, Climate Change and Development

The online repository on "ICTs, Climate Change and Development" is now completed, with the following contents:

- Two background papers that review the literature in this field, and propose a new framework for understanding ICTs, adaptation and "e-resilience".

- Eight thematic papers that summarise evidence on ICTs, climate change and the topics of mitigation, adaptation, disaster management, strategy, governance, gender, emergent technologies, and water.

- Twenty case studies for use in practitioner/strategy guidance, training, or research.

- Four strategy briefs that summarise action priorities and also outline future research priorities in this field.

- A policy guide that outlines policy content, structure, process and key entry points on ICTs, climate change and development.
