I AM WHO I AM.
101
It has taken well over 4 decades to partially understand the expression "I am that I am".
My partial understanding came while reflecting on the issue of identity and how the presence of the "other" some of the times affects our identity.
The biggest lie in the English language is the pronoun "I" and its connotations.
There are many personalities rolled into one.
When the story moves to our creator, the presence or absence of the creations never alters the essence of the creator's being.
The core remains as it is and as it was.
We human creatures are bound to change and till the surname of our collective race remains Being we keep evolving.
So I ask you, my friends, what did today bring for you?
How much of your present have you spent looking back and thinking about all those beautiful things you are yet to acquire?
Why are the things we do not have the most enticing and pleasurable?
The very things we own are hidden from our sight.
As human (evolving) beings we have allowed what we lack define who we are.
Take a cue from our maker who is and always will be.
Can you feel the ship of today sailing past unmarked avenues?
Sorry, time would not stop for you to refresh or renew your self.
Enjoy the blessings of the present and let those you cannot have be where they are.
You were wired with hope and as each minute passes you would not stop to aspire to the next best thing.
Whether you will attain those lofty goals is another.
Just keep thinking and dreaming without forgetting we your resources are here to add to the YOU of your desire.
Have a lovely day.
