Whether or not Buhari had contested before or whether "the Ph.D President" achieved something or not is not the issue. The issue is that those who want to contest elections in Nigeria are required by law to present certain academic certificates; it is their responsibility to do that. So it is the responsibility of Buhari to also do just that.
Have we even pondered what dangerous precedent it would be and the backlash, if for any reason, Buhari is allowed to contest without presenting those requisite academic certificates?
