RE: USA Africa Dialogue Series - Re: EXPOSED: Judge Paid N2billion To Disqualify Buhari; Plot Thickens to Blackmail Jega Into Resigning

Political news in the Newspunch must be taken with not a grain but a sack of salt. I have followed its reports for some time now. It rarely carries news that is not favorable to the APC. It seldom carries news that is not unfavorable to the PDP.  It seems unable to report political news without evident bias. It is not impressive as a responsible member of the "fourth estate" that takes seriously the need to correctly and fairly inform and not mislead its readers. Its seems to be completely oblivious of its duty to help to build an enlightened mass of a largely uninformed electorate. It seems to have chosen to uninform, misinform, and exploit the depth of bias and ignorance in its readership. It is without much doubt a mouthpiece of the APC. It's news reports should not be taken seriously.

The newspaper's editorial policy and political bent is its choice to make and maintain. It is the duty of responsible members of the Nigerian public to call out the newspaper for what it is- an undisguised, avid  peddler of partisan political news.

I read on my Twitter timeline about the plot to remove Prof. Jega with Mimiko's brother, Prof. Femi Mimiko.
