The three fundamental problems bedeviling the policies and actions of the Nigerian pubic office holders including academicians in contemporary times are pride, inferiority complex and shamelessness on the part of their formulators and executors. These have gravely crept into the headship of the Independent National Electoral Commission under Prof Attahiru Jega. They also exhibit the antics ofbeing more catholic than the pope. The referenced public officers are also in the habit of embracing anything new without caution, option B or consequential studies...............
