I think it from a proverbial refuge for scoundrels when sorrier versions of relatives try to bring down their famous connections. Malik Obama's motives are fueled by his own failures. All he seeks are thuggish means and opportunities, such as outlets predisposed to the destruction of the Obama's presidency, to join the cast of relatives depicted as tragic characters in real life or novels.
In 2013, Malik Obama suffered a crushing blow in his attempts to become the governor of Siaya County in Kenya. He promised to use his connection in Washington to realize developments, including McDonalds. "Why would my people settle for a local connection when they have a direct line to the White House" he asked, and campaigned under the slogan "Obama here, Obama there." To be sure, he displayed a miserable showing, garnering just 2,792 votes far behind the eventual winner with over 140,000 votes.
Before crashing to his own grasses, Malik proclaimed, a bit too loud, "I'm the one who brought him here to Kogelo in 1988! I thought it was important for him to come home and see from whence his family came—you know, his roots." Today, his interviews with Fox, birthers, tea partiers, and goons only reveal a pathological person who tried to trade off his last name with the sensibility of a hustler. So at what point did Malik embark on doubts about Obama's paternity?
The polygamous Malik, who admittedly has gone through 12 wives, faced criminal charges for savagely beating some. At the time of his last marriage in 2010, he told a Kenyan news station, NTV, that the teen, Sheila Anyango, dropped out of school and wanted to get married. Hear Malik: "She decided she doesn't want to go back to school. She wants to get married now. She came here, and what am I supposed to do? So we are married." All these utterances were broadcast by NTV. The mother of the teenager was furious that her daughter quit school. As a wife beater, what promise did Malik make to her that he kept? Is Barack Obama supposed to send him money as he generates a circle of poverty - when he sees nothing wrong in getting drop-out, teenage girls pregnant? Sure, Fox and Barack Obama haters have no value to question the motivations of the source.
Malik's drivels would be dismissed by those who can see through his blackmailing exploits.
