One perhaps more red-blooded than the other? One a Brit journalist? 

Pity though. 

The "other one/ WHINSEC/ Downie" knows lots about friendly, 

or once friendly, Dictators. He seemed to fit the Nigeria bill so well.

To Ayo's Listserv some months ago which caused me much upset/ concern

—Nor has that issue passed. It remains very live. And will be increasingly so

This Downie item merely a bit of up-beat MOI PR waffle.  

Clearly designed to "inform" the ill-informed;   

Please the oligarchs—America and Nigeria— 

And further stabilise the status quo.
