Again bushfire rumours has it that many African Americans have relocated to Africa (some have dual residences). Some of these success stories (not without problems overcome, adjustments made) are an inspiration to hopeful émigrés.
Pan Africanists headquarters is Africa even if in today's world intellectual leadership – as in many other technological advancements, come from the United States, therefore exporting some of that manpower – in effect to some extent reversing the brain drain and encouraging the black back and forth is not such a bad practical idea

This is interesting and curious---so who comes to Africa and who remains in America? Will their being exiled solve the larger problem or will it make it worse? I can hear the taunts---you "Africans leave us alone and go back to your homeland".
