I meant the pre-election shallow selection criteria ususlly employed by the moneyed class to foist on the people, persons whose only strong point is their loyality to this class and their willingness to use state power to protectt their benefactors' illicit wealth. These same shallow criteria are used to also foist other leaders on the people for the same reason.
