By Chidi Anthony Opara
He walked
Into the wilderness named politics,
We waited.
He waged war of words,
We wandered.
He walked
Into the embrace
Of illicit wealth,
We warned.
He won a mandate
And wined
And whined,
And cloaked citizens
With the cloak of criminality.
We are eagerly waiting
For the wheel of time
To wheel
To the end of the mandate.
