Why demolish "illicit" crude oil reservoirs, and local refineries by some overzealous soldiers/security agents? I should think that since the government has failed in this sector, and the so called "legal" refineries and reservoirs have proved inadequate, government can partner with this crop of entrepreneurs by normalising and harnessing all such resources, moderate their activities, and tax them appropriately. The benefits can be immense: employers of labors, increased domestic supply of petroleum products, etc.Ademola O. Dasylva
