Charles Ogbu on Facebook
1. Yorubas are cowards!!
Yorubas are this!!
Yorubas are that!!
I, Charles Ogbu agree that the Yorubas are all these things you say they are. Yes ke! They are cowards!
But,
When our own very 'brave' Igbo leaders were all hiding behind their wives' wrappers, too scared to even condemn the unlawful killing of unarmed pro-Biafra protesters and the recent arrest and detention of Owgu indigenes who protested the murderous activities of the Fulanis, it was Fani Kayode and Governor Fayose -both Yorubas -thesame people we all agree are cowards, remember? Yes, these two men were the very first people to condemn those two incidents. They didn't just end there, they looked Emperor Buhari right there in the face and told him point blank: "Mr Buhari, you are responsible for these senceless killings, call your Fulani kinsmen to order, stop supporting genocide against other Nigerians!!"
Now tell me, between your Igbo leaders who kept silent while their people are being killed for no reason And these Yoruba men who looked power in the face and spoke truth to it in your defense, who better deserve the 'coward' tag???
Next time, before you go sounding like some intellectually kwashiokored moron, cloning silly phrases here and there and disparaging other tribe needlessly, you might wanna take a minute and look yourself in the mirror.
The so called Igbo leaders are just a bunch of cowards. There is really no point sugarcoating this
But the question is, are their fears justified in the face of needless death of their own people in the hands of the Fulanis and agents of the government??
If the Fayoses and FFKs could damn these same fears and speak up in support of the Igbos, why can't these Igbo men who claim to be Igbo leaders do the same???
This, here, is my question???
If you are too afraid to die in defence of your people, then you've got no business calling yourself the leader of these same people!!

I only seek to stop folks from twisting today's story so we don't end up with a twisted and corrupt version as tomorrow's history.
Now lets try to be a bit honest here:
If its okay to refer to the Yorubas as cowards on account of perceived acts of cowardice by their leaders during the Biafra war, why is it not okay today to refer to the Igbos as cowards for reasons not unconnected with the arseholery and clear case of cowardice of the so called Igbo leaders who prefer to keep criminal silent while the people they are elected to protect and defend are being needlessly killed by Fulani terrorists and agents of the Nigerian government???
Why does it have to take men from this Yoruba tribe of 'cowards' to speak up in defence of the Igbos when we have our own son -Ike Ekweremadu as deputy senate President??
No one love the Igbo race more than I do. No one! And I would never do anything to disparage my ancestry needlessly.
But,
You see those present crop of spineless morons, men without honour, lilly livered empty cartons masquerading as our leaders today, they are all cowards. All of them!!
That Yoruba men are the ones speaking up for us when we have these buffoons as our leaders grieves me much more than your imagination could carry.

'arseholery and clear case of cowardice'
'lilly livered empty cartons'

2. "Fayose Condemns The Arrest Of 76 Enugu Villagers" --Vanguard Newspaper.
This piece of information makes me wanna hide my face in shame not just as a young Igbo man but an Enugu indigene.
We have Senators and House Of Representative members from Enugu state. There is a sitting governor in Enugu state. We still have the so called Ohaneze Ndigbo and so many others.
Yet,
It took a Yoruba governor Peter Ayodele Fayose to condemn the arrest and continued detention of innocent Owgu indigenes whose only 'crime' was protesting the destruction of their crops by Fulani herdsmen.
Note, no single Fulani man has ever been questioned, not to talk of being arrested on account of their numerous atrocities. But those protesting their evil are being arrested, detained and denied bail.
When dozens of prayer-chanting pro-Biafra guys were murdered by federal agents at Aba school field, I heard nothing from any Igbo representative at the National Assembly. Even the then Human Right Commission boss -Chidi Odinkalu who quickly convened an investigative panel when the Shiite Muslims were massacred in Zaria by the army, did nothing. All the Igbo governors and NASS Reps maintained criminal silence over the massacre of their own sons and daughters.
Senators Shehu Sani from Kaduna state, Yerima from Zamfara state and Fani Kayode were the first to condemn the killing. FFK took his condemnation further by specifically calling out Buhari who is the Commander-In-Chief of the soldiers and police who carried out the killing.
The so called Igbo leaders were busy cowering in fear and fiddling like uncle Nero while their own Rome was burning.
And you yet wonder why Igbo youths decided to take their destinies in their own hands by queuing behind Nnamdi Kanu rather than trusting these cowards to protect their interest???
You still blame Igbo youths for not taking their grievances to their so called representatives at the National Assembly???
Next time, before you blame KANU and the Biafra agitators for deciding to go solo with their quest, rather than involving those spineless dick-less buffoons, please do remember these incidents...so you don't end up throwing blames just to sound politically correct.
