The notion that Boko Haram was not defeated under the GEJ govt due to theft of weapons money is fiction - Oluwatoyin Adepoju.
I am surprised to read this. I can verify a number of young soldiers whose parents had to send fighting kits, mosquito nets and feeding money. What do you think led to the 2015 mutiny. My department's Secretary in my former school is a widow with two young kids on a meager salary because her husband, who chose a military profession to protect the sovereignty of the nation lost his life in Jos blast, 2015. Here i read you that the stealing of military funds meant for arms procurement and army's inability to defeat BH due to their lack of arms is fiction. Do you fight a sophisticated enemy with a horsetail?
