IJMPAS CALL FOR PAPERS
The International Journal of Management, Policy and Administrative Studies (IJMPAS) is a biannual Journal that publishes two issues both print and online versions every year in October and February respectively. Papers are expected from the following research areas:
1. New management and service delivery
2. Human resource management, manpower development and capacity building
3. Social media, advertising, marketing and communication
4. Consumer behavior and protection
5. Research, training and development
6. Challenges of higher education management and administration
7. E-governance, E-commerce, E-voting and E-management
8. Leadership and strategic management
9. Leadership and organizational development
10. Leadership, labour unionism and organizational politics
11. Risk management and politics of compensation
12. Automation, banking and service delivery
13. Entrepreneurship: Conventional and advanced manufacturing technology, vocational training and skill acquisition
14. Opposition Politics and the Dynamics of Change
15. Democracy and Power Alternation in the Fourth Republic
16. Bipartisanship and Leadership of the 8th National Assembly in Nigeria
17. Insurance and risk management
18. Nuances on public administration in social sciences and management sciences
19. Contending debate on the dichotomy of public and civil servant
20. Contemporary and emerging approaches, models, frameworks and theories on public policy formulation and implementation
21. Automating the generation and management of public finance
22. Administrative and managerial ethics
23. Performance and radical approach to evaluation and management
Requirements from contributors
The following are required of journal contributors
• Papers should be written in English Language.
• Title of paper, name of author(s), address(es), e-mail address(es) and telephone number(s) should be on the front/cover page.
• Abstract of about 150 to 250 words followed by five key words and content should appear immediately after the front/cover page.
• Font type and size should be Times New Roman 12point.
• Line spacing should be 1.5.
• Margins should be: 2.5cm (top, bottom, right, left).
• Formulae, figures, tables, etc should be presented where applicable.
• Referencing style should be 6th Edition of American Psychology Association (APA).
• Appendixes should come after the bibliography
• Papers under consideration in other outfits are not eligible for publication and should not be sent to the Journal.
