And if a second referendum, then why not a third, a fourth and a fifth or a new refrendum every two years,just to be triple sure thtat some poeple have not changed their minds?

In a few years time the youngsters (maybe not the Naija-Brits) will start feeling as British as Sir Winston Churchill's generation. Indeed, the old order EU changeth and they are at liberty to drop English as one of their official languages. Change hath come to the EU
