The only person who seems to be active in the Buhari crusade is his Minister of Justice. Other minister are scared stiff because they are not clean and/or they are hamstrung by Buhari himself. He has not given them the green light nor empowered them. Virtually all the heads of parastatals/agencies and their management staff who were appointed under Jonathan, and who cannot be trusted to key into the "change agenda", are still in place and continue to eat fat,fifteen months into Burari''s administration. A minister may fire someone and discover that he has stepped on the toes of Buhari and his cabal. Did you not read the two page interview with Junaid Mohammed in Saturday Punch of 23rd July titled "Nepotism in Buhari's govt , the worst in Nigeria's history"? Is nepotism not a type/form of corruption ? My Prof, when will Buhari appoint a constitutionally required minister from your home State of Kogi? Buhari is too slow and little wonder people refer to him now as "Baba-go-slow".
