At the height of his career as an educator in Kaduna State, he gave it all up to return to his autonomous community in answer to a call for service as the Orji Ukwu 1 of Lorji Nwekeukwu Autonomous Community.
The book is enriched with insights into Igbo ethos and motifs, and the philosophical underpinnings of the Igbo's relationship with the cosmos. It also shares never before documented information about Lorji and its place within the Mbaise municipality and the Igbo world.
