Will there be a guarantee (like an insurance policy from Geiko:)) that any new breakaway nation from
Nigeria will not disintegrate into what we are currently witnessing in South Sudan?

The last time I checked, the Constitutional Conference submitted their recommendation in a very good time (way back before the general elections of 2015). So, what prevented your President Jonathan from implementing it? Was he waiting for Buhari to do the implementing for him?

Sounds better as Igboexit or Igboremain! Before referendum, Igbo will need to get the Constitution amended making the referendum constitutional. First thing first!
