By Chidi Anthony Opara
The New Year eve
Dawns.
The bedlam
Of luggages begins.
The stagger
Of the rickety
Jalopies,
And the thiefing hands
Of the uniformed
And Un-uniformed thieves.
And the sing-song
"Happy New Year".
