I need a Scrum Master with NO LESS than 3 years of full-time SM work.
****The person must not have been a project manager acting as a Scrum Master. ****
They prefer 5 years of experience.
Any information the candidate can provide that speaks to consultative practices like agile coaching and scrum master coaching are key points for them.
Mentoring scrum Masters helping an organization mature in the agile/scrum methodology are huge points if they could be made on the resume.
SEND ONE CANDIDATE ONLY
Candidates will automatically be rejected if they show less than three years full-time experience being a scrum master.
That full-time experience can come from consulting positions but it must be a minimum of the last three years being a scrum master. Preference will be given to candidates who have certified scrum master credentials.
