Lets put it this way: since the putting together of the united states there has been no other president who has dragged the office to its nadir like the incumbent who witch hunts every person, agency organisation and states that disagrees with him and labels them as the enemy of the people in lieu of getting on with the job for which he is appointed.
I have never seen any other American president who acts like election into office means stage two of another round of campaigns and rallies rather than settling down to office and getting on with the job

Subject: USA Africa Dialogue Series - TRUMP-LAND: FBI's Comey Nails President Trump on Two Counts (False Tweets and Possible Collusion)
My People:
Just these two pieces of information are sufficient to "pre-impeach" this Trump presidency:
1. "With respect to the president's tweets about alleged wiretapping directed at him by the prior administration, I have no information that supports those tweets, and we have looked carefully inside the FBI," Comey said. "The Department of Justice has asked me to share with you that the answer is the same for the Department of Justice and all its components, the department has no information that supports those tweets"
2. "I have been authorized by the Department of Justice to confirm that the FBI, as part of our counterintelligence mission, is investigating the Russian government's efforts to interfere in the 2016 presidential election," Comey told the House Intelligence Committee. "That includes investigating the nature of any links between individuals associated with the Trump campaign and the Russian government, and whether there was any coordination between the campaign and Russia's efforts." "As you know, our practice is not to confirm the existence of ongoing investigations, especially those investigations that involve classified matters," Comey said Monday. "But in unusual circumstances, where it is in the public interest, it may be appropriate to do so. This is one of those circumstances."
And there you have it.

FBI Director James Comey Finally Rebukes Donald Trump's 'Wiretap' Tweets
"The department has no information that supports those tweets."
WASHINGTON ― FBI Director James Comey on Monday directly rebuked President Donald Trump's claim that former President Barack Obama wiretapped Trump Tower.
Without providing any evidence (and apparently by relying upon media reports), Trump claimed earlier this month that Obama had wiretapped his office at Trump Tower during the 2016 campaign. Appearing before the House Intelligence Committee on Monday, Comey said he had no evidence that could back up the president's allegations.
"With respect to the president's tweets about alleged wiretapping directed at him by the prior administration, I have no information that supports those tweets, and we have looked carefully inside the FBI," Comey said. "The Department of Justice has asked me to share with you that the answer is the same for the Department of Justice and all its components, the department has no information that supports those tweets."
The House Intelligence Committee is looking into Russian interference in the 2016 election. Comey confirmed on Monday that the bureau is conducting an investigation into Russian interference with the 2016 election and potential ties between the Trump campaign and the Russian government.
The Justice Department on Friday provided the committee with information concerning the inquiry. The head of the committee and the ranking member have not indicated there is any reason to believe the Obama administration had wiretapped Trump.
"We know there was not a physical wiretap of Trump Tower," Rep. Devin Nunes (R-Calif.), who chairs the committee and is a Trump supporter, said at the hearing on Monday.

FBI Director Confirms Agency Is Investigating Ties Between Trump And Russia
It is the first official confirmation of the investigation.
By Jessica Schulberg
WASHINGTON ― The FBI director confirmed the existence of an investigation into possible ties between associates of President Donald Trump and Russian government officials.
James Comey's formal confirmation of the probe on Monday follows months of news reports quoting anonymous government officials discussing the FBI-led, multi-agency probe into communications between Trump allies and Moscow in the lead-up to the 2016 election. Comey is the first to publicly confirm those reports.
"I have been authorized by the Department of Justice to confirm that the FBI, as part of our counterintelligence mission, is investigating the Russian government's efforts to interfere in the 2016 presidential election," Comey told the House Intelligence Committee. "That includes investigating the nature of any links between individuals associated with the Trump campaign and the Russian government, and whether there was any coordination between the campaign and Russia's efforts."
The panel is one of two congressional committees investigating Moscow's role in the 2016 election.
The intelligence community publicly shared its assessment in January that the Russian government hacked Democratic entities and operatives and released damning information with the goal of helping Trump win the election. But the assessment did not indicate whether Trump and his campaign team were aware of or complicit in Moscow's operations.
Since then, lawmakers have pushed law enforcement and intelligence officials to respond to repeated queries about ties between Trump associates and Russian intelligence. Comey, to the frustration of several lawmakers, has insisted he cannot publicly discuss the possible existence of an ongoing investigation. (Comey did, however, disclose information to lawmakers related to an investigation into Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton's email server days before the election. His letter to lawmakers was quickly leaked.)
But the FBI director has faced mounting pressure to speak publicly about the situation, amid a relentless series of leaks about seemingly bizarre communications between high-level Trump aides and Russian intelligence officials.
Sen. Tim Kaine (D-Va.), who was Clinton's running mate in her presidential bid last year, said on Wednesday that he expected Comey to announce publicly that the FBI is looking into the White House's possible ties to Russia.
"As you know, our practice is not to confirm the existence of ongoing investigations, especially those investigations that involve classified matters," Comey said Monday. "But in unusual circumstances, where it is in the public interest, it may be appropriate to do so. This is one of those circumstances."
