Trump presents a unique psycho-political challenge to American democracy. However, I am pretty confident that America's democracy will survive him. Whether he can survive himself without "pivoting" away from his present path is anothEr, for lurking around the corner is not only this Russian collusion matter, but his tax palava, for which the American system is invariably unforgiving.
