It is because of hate speeches such as this by Issac Umunna (including abuse by jihadists and attack on the young) that governments all over the world are thinking of regulating social media so Nigeria is no exception.
Only last week Dianne Abbot British MP revealed how she was regularly attacked on social media adding that things have got so bad many are put off becoming MPs.

good schools, quality healthcare... Now they have money to loot in internet censors?
