Severally, we are mis-informed here that he has died; and
Many here wish him dead.
The kernel of the issue is who legally may decide his ability to function as President?

Definitely, not the vultures bald in morals and devoid of shame circling in vain. The President!
Yes our President is not yet a carcass. He is alive and he remains the President. Tough luck!!
