How do we measure the impact of governors and others visiting President Buhari in London?
We cannot say that a sick president should be bereft of guests. But:
should empathy and sympathy create a cost for governance ?
what cost is tolerable in the context of underdevelopment?
Now that the country has the examples of Yar Adua and Buhari to go by, can civil society not say there should be clarity in future cases?
Constitutions and amendments to them are done against the background of a crisis or conflict.
