Dear Chidi,
What then are Nnamdi Kanu's sureties assuring the Court? On what basis did the Court released him to them? It is on the basis that they will provide him to the Court to answer the charges against him. It is after they fail to produce him in Court as they are expected to do, that they will forfeit their bail sums and are liable to be prosecuted.
Then the bail bond is broken and Nnamdi Kanu will be arrested by the Police who may seek the assistance of the Army to effect his attest.
