The extent and degree of Russian involvement might be something Mueller will uncover; it might be something the fbi already has. how much will become public, no one knows. But the publications in the times already indicate vast interference in the election. I am dubious that Mueller will be turning around that claim, that "veracity."
If he does make a case for substantial interference, we'd have the possibility of a charge of impeachment, which most people would view as a godsend
