It should be very difficult to believe that Dr. Kachikwu's heart- rending letter to his president is a package of lies and should be flushed down the toilet.
In the final analysis we are not talking about a novice, we are talking about a man who has a Masters and a PhD from Harvard Law School - so at least he should know what he's talking about when it comes to following the letter (and spirit ) of the law with regard to following the procedures that are laid down in his ministry etc. etc.
