The Center for Women’s Studies at Wichita State University is accepting applications for a tenure track Assistant Professorship in Women’s Studies. The appointee will have interdisciplinary research and teaching interests and/or experience in the intersectionality of race, gender, and sexuality (LGBTQ) as it relates to new/social media. The appointment begins Fall semester 2018. PhD is required by appointment date. The appointee will teach primarily undergraduate courses, including upper division available to graduate students. The course load is three courses per semester with ongoing research and service. The appointee is expected to contribute to the departmental mission and strategic plans.
