The Summit is meant to serve a dual purpose: (i)  capacity building and best global practice on effective teaching and ethics for all academic staff in the Faculty of Arts; (ii) formulation of a world standard policy on effective teaching, methods and ethics as a benchmark for teaching standard for the Faculty of Arts. 

We look forward to an exciting exposure that will impact positively on the current quality of teaching and make  learning more exciting and attractive in the Faculty of Arts. 

One of the highlights of the historic event will be issuance of certificate of participation signed by the Director of Centre for Excellence in Teaching and Learning, UI,  Prof. Akin Odebunmi, and The Registrar, Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria, Abuja,  Prof. Olusegun J. Ajiboye, to all participants.

I thank you all for your tremendous support for this project in particular, and for the Faculty of Arts, always.
