We can chew gum and walk at the same time, as the saying goes.
We can look at Africa's awareness and knowledge of its greatness and also focus on dynamic agencypresent and future.
As a matter of fact the dynamic agency in the present builds ondynamic agency in the past.The two processes are not mutually exclusive.I look forward to the 2018 conference.
