Caution must be exercised in lumping. Saro Wiwa did not create a movement to kill anyone. IPOB did not set out to kill. Protest is legitimate everywhere in the world. Citizens must express outrage, disagreements, etc.
To kill another human being is not a protest but barbarism.
Thus, exercise caution as you make all sorts of connections.
