Cameroonians, in general, have been orphaned by a continent and world that tolerates the dictatorship, exploitation and gross misrule that have been their lot since the 1884-85 Berlin Conference that carved out Africa for European colonisation. Yes. The current repression in Cameroon has colonial origins.
